My stay at Chateraise Hotel Nagano was overall quite enjoyable! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Nagano JR Station, making it incredibly convenient. I loved the unique treat of free ice cream pops available throughout my stay. The only drawback was the limited options for Muslim-friendly dining, but the staff was exceptionally helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort and hospitality!
